Prices

Prices will vary from job to job, please make enquiries at aimac@aimac.co.nz  if you have any questions.

Note:
If an evaluation price is given and you choose not to have the repairs done, an amount will be charged for the bench time spent to come up with the recommended repairs (our minimum charge is $80 plus GST).
There is no other repair charge if the item cannot be repaired.
Shipping charges to and from our workshop are the responsibility of the customer.
Not all jobs will incur the charges listed below.

Main Prices Effective 1st January 2024 GST exclusive

  • Hourly rate $150
    • Call-out (double at weekends and out of hours)
  • Investigation/ Remote controls charge $80
  • Postage and packaging
    • local $10
    • Small parcels: South Island $20 North Island $25
    • Larger parcels from $25
  • Parts as required and if over a certain agreed value,
    we will always contact you for permission to go ahead.
  • Consumables fee (flat rate to cover stationery costs, welding materials, etc)
  • Consultation fee negotiable
  • Quotation usually free unless involves investigation time

Payments

Payment is generally made at the time of completion of work or by invoice within 7 days.
Monthly accounts (usually businesses by arrangement) are for payment on 20th of the following month.
We no longer accept cheques.
We accept online credit card payments through Stripe from our Xero online invoice.
We accept PayPal.

Trouble making your payment?

We understand it is not always easy to make prompt payment of accounts.
Please contact us immediately if you foresee a problem and we will attempt to help in any way we can.
However, if you have not previously arranged with us your situation,
we will unfortunately have to hand the matter over to a collection agency to resolve the matter on our behalf.
