Products
At AIMAC Electronics Limited we take pride in the repairs we make. All information is provided in good faith, and we have taken great care to ensure the information is correct and up to date. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that all details, including descriptions and images on our website, are correct at the time of publishing.
Regarding images, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Prices
Prices for our services may change from time to time.
Despite our best efforts, there is always the small possibility that some of our services on our website may have an incorrect price. If we do find an error with a price, we will update that price immediately. In this situation, if there is a pricing error on a service you have ordered, we will contact you in writing (through email) of this error before accepting your order. If the services correct price is lower than the purchase price, you will be charged the lower price. If the correct price is higher than the purchase price, then we reserve the right to change the price. You will then have the option of continuing the service at the correct price or cancelling the service. In any case, we will wait for your instruction before proceeding.
Nationwide Delivery
Once dispatched you are responsible for ensuring the prompt collection from the transport company that was instructed to deliver to you. Delays in picking up your item may incur additional fees made by the transport provider. You are liable for all additional fees incurred and exempt AIMAC Electronics Limited from these fees.
You have five (5) business days once dispatched to notify us of any collection/dispatch problems.
Limitation of Liablity
