
We will accept returns and will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act to remedy any faulty workmanship.
All returns are back to our workshop and are to be organised by you at your cost.
You have five (5) business days once dispatched to notify us of any collection/dispatch problems.
All returns must be communicated within 90 days of receipt of goods.
Any approved refunds exclude shipping costs.
Please note: As we deal with repairs of damaged used goods, we can only cover our workmanship and test within controlled conditions within the workshop. Conditions onsite may effect and cause additional faults which are not covered by our workmanship guarantee. Also whilst we endeavor to repair your item, some items are just broken and beyond repair. (If an evaluation price is given and you choose not to have the repairs done, an amount will be charged for the bench time spent to come up with the recommended repairs. There is no other repair charge if the item cannot be repaired. Shipping charges to and from our workshop are the responsibility of the customer. Not all jobs will incur the charges.)

Pick up/ drop off is available for all items at our Christchurch workshop. - Onsite
We can pick-up or deliver your item for you from your business or home. Pickup or delivery will incur a vehicle charge which depends on your location.

- How long will it take to receive my order?
All repairs are made in a triage method, because we have medical contracts with the hospitals and disability providers – which always take precedence, and therefore time frames do vary depending on our workload. Once your repair is ready for dispatch please allow another 3 to 5 days for delivery depending on your location. - Can I pick my order up directly from you?
Yes you certainly can. - I live in Christchurch or a close surrounding area, can you deliver or pick up my item?
We certainly can. Price depends on your location. - What are your Nationwide shipping rates?
These are set out by the delivery firms we use and are dependent on address, size and weight. Call us for a quote. - Where will my item be delivered to?
All items are delivered nationwide to your door or closest Freight Depot. - Is it possible to have my item delivered to my door?
Our delivery rates are for the item delivered to your door if it is mall and light enough for the courier driver to do so. For oversized items, they will be delivered to your closest freight depot. Contact us for a quote. - Does your price include GST?
No, all prices displayed are exclusive GST. - What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as direct bank transfers. This is displayed to you on your invoice for direct payment.
